We want you to love your cute finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all adorable packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your Kawaii Shop account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring they are protected just as they arrived to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
